Miniature Grand Union Flag

The Grand Union is considered the first flag of the United States and was in use from late 1775-1777.  In its blue canon was the red cross of St. George and the white cross of St. Andrew.  The thirteen stripes represent the original colonies.  

* Flag is four x six inches attached to ten inch black staff, topped with gilt spear

*Silk-like material sewn on all four sides
